01Are the products available to order now?
Not yet. The pieces currently shown are illustrative product concepts, and checkout is still in test mode. We are not accepting or fulfilling live orders. We will update the shop when product details and availability are confirmed.
02Where will you ship, and what does it cost?
When live ordering opens, we plan to ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing and an estimated 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
03What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Please email us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.
04What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
05How are my payment details protected?
For future live orders, payment details will be handled through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Selah Faith Co. does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
