Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to respond to you, support orders, and operate the shop.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information in a message. If you place an order after live checkout is enabled, the information needed to fulfill it may include your contact details, delivery address, selected items, and order total.

Payments, orders, and service providers

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe handles your payment-card details; Selah Faith Co. does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Order and fulfillment records are maintained using Supabase. Resend is used to deliver contact messages and transactional emails. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy and security terms.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to questions, process and fulfill orders, send order updates, provide customer support, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We do not currently offer a newsletter signup or add advertising pixels for targeted advertising.

Browser storage and technical information

Your shopping bag is saved in browser storage on the device you use so it can remain available when you return. Checkout and our service providers may use essential cookies or similar technologies to provide security and complete a transaction. The website host may process technical request information to operate and protect the site.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide support, manage orders, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing leslie@selahfaithco.app. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

Children and policy changes

Our shop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We may update this policy when our practices change; the version published on this page will apply from its posting.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law remain yours.

Product previews and availability

Products currently shown are illustrative concepts. Materials, options, descriptions, prices, and availability have not been confirmed. Checkout is in test mode, and Selah Faith Co. is not currently accepting or fulfilling live orders. A test checkout is not a purchase and does not create an order for goods.

Orders and payment

If live ordering becomes available, the product, quantity, price, shipping cost, and any applicable tax will be shown before you submit payment. An order request is subject to confirmation and availability. We may decline or cancel an order where necessary, including to correct a listing or pricing error, address suspected fraud, or comply with law. If a payment has been captured for an order we cancel, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations

When live ordering opens, the shipping policy and returns policy on this page will apply, subject to any mandatory consumer rights. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; an order can only be stopped before it is processed or shipped.

Site content and acceptable use

Text, photographs, designs, logos, and other content on this website belong to Selah Faith Co. or its respective rights holders and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

Site availability and liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Selah Faith Co. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this preview website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

When live ordering opens

Shipping & delivery

For future U.S. orders, standard shipping is free. Checkout will show any available delivery option before an order is placed.

Destinations and address details

We plan to ship to addresses in the United States. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot guarantee delivery to an address that is incomplete or entered incorrectly.

Processing and estimated delivery

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After dispatch, standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect arrival. We will send an order confirmation and, when available, tracking details to the email address provided at checkout.

Need help with a delivery?

If an order has not arrived 7 business days after its estimated delivery window, email leslie@selahfaithco.app with your order number and we will help investigate.

A thoughtful return process

Returns, refunds & exchanges

We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Return shipping and damaged items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service and keeping proof of postage; we cannot refund an item that does not reach us. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will email you with the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To choose another item, request an eligible return and place a new order. Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation; we can cancel only before the order has been processed or shipped.
